Did you know that there are two kinds of Teeth Bleaching Trays? Custom and Standard Custom teeth bleaching trays are fitted to your teeth in a two step process. This is a clue you can use if you’re unsure of the quality of the teeth whitening kit you’re considering to purchase. Although not always true, the higher the quality of the tooth bleaching trays, the rest of the products and get included should also be of the same high quality. Why would a manufacturer go through the effort and expense to see that the teeth trays fit well only to use lower quality tooth whitening gels? The answer of course is that they probably wouldn’t risk their reputation on lower quality materials. Simply put, high quality white teeth kits contain a material to take an impression or mold of your teeth. This mold is then sent to a lab that actually makes the custom teeth bleaching trays. Usually, this step can be completed in about a week. and don’t worry if you mess up the molding process. A quick call to any high quality company and they will send replacement material out free! The thing is that high quality companies know that if you’re satisfied with the product and service, they have gained a long term customer and goodwill. If you’re happy, the chances are that you will tell others about how wonderful the product is and everyone will benefit. Custom trays are not uncomfortable because they are made to fit your mouth and teeth. These are similar to the teeth guards made for people who grind their teeth at night. A very soft material is used and it keeps the teeth whitener firmly covering your teeth for maximum effectiveness. This is the single most important element in successful teeth whitening whether at home or done through a dentist. Many products offer thermoform type trays. These are like teeth and mouth guards found at the drugstore for high school sports. These are standard issue trays that do get the job done but are not the most comfortable to wear. These probably will not be comfortable enough for extended use for hours or overnight. Still if price is an object, the thermoform bleaching trays can successfully be used, though understand they will not be as comfortable. These type of trays may even need to be trimmed with scissors just to fit better and cover your teeth. The bottom line is that once completed, you new whiter smile will last up to a year. Less if you are a coffee drinker or smoke but with your own teeth whitening trays, it’s a simply matter to just use them once a month or so to keep your teeth looking their best. Once a month maintenance can keep your teeth and smile bright and limit the stains caused by adult foods and beverages.

The latest news about tanning is that isn’t all that good for you. Even moderate exposure to the sun increases your risk of developing skin cancer. So what can you do if you love the look of a dark rich tan, but you are trying to be smart about the sun? You can use sunless tanning lotion and have a great looking tan anytime. It is perfectly safe, and if you follow a few simple steps for applying it, it will look as natural as the sun itself. Preparing Your Skin for Sunless Tanning Lotion Skin that is dry and flaky won’t evenly absorb tanning lotion products. So before applying sunless tanning lotion it is important to have the smoothest, clearest skin possible. Start by using an exfoliating scrub in the shower. This will remove dead skin and flakes. Then apply a moisturizer each day. On the day you plan to apply the sunless lotion, do it after drying off from the shower. A Picture Perfect Tan Remember the days when tanning lotion turned your skin orange? Well, those days are long gone. The running, streaking goop that used to tint skin has evolved into a natural looking skin tone and colour enhancer today. Not only has the formula changed when it comes to tanning lotions, but the way they are applied has too. The once running lotions are thicker, come in foams or mousse and are slowly activated and quickly absorbed. These factors alone will give you a more natural looking tan, but there are ways to apply them that will help too. First of all, think about the way the sun will tan you. It is usually darker on the forearms and lighter underneath. Rarely are your armpits as dark as your shoulders unless you make a habit of sunbathing with your arms over your head. So when you apply tanning lotions, you will apply them darker to the areas that naturally darken. It is a subtle difference because you still want an even tan. The way to gently blend the darkness is to apply the lotion evenly then using a damp towel buff the areas you want slightly lighter. Buffing also helps create even tones on places that tend to get too dark with sunless tanning lotion. This includes the knee caps, elbows and along the hair line. These areas also often have rougher skin, so exfoliating them is important before applying the lotion, and buffing them with the damp towel after will keep the colour even. When to Apply You can apply sunless tanning products day or night. They won’t rub off onto clothing or bedding. They are also great to use when there has been a long stretch of bad weather or just before going on vacation. It you travel often on holiday, then summer or winter, you are ready for fun in the sun. A word of warning. Most sunless tanning lotions do not contain any sunscreen. That means they do not protect the skin against harmful UV sunlight. But the beauty of these products is that you can use them at night, wake up tan, and then as you head out for a day at the beach you can use a regular outdoor sunscreen to protect your body.

This article answers a few of the most common questions about laser hair removal, including who it is suitable for, how much it will cost, which areas of the body it is most suitable for, and how permanent the results are. Who is laser hair removal suitable for? It is not suitable for everyone. The general rule is that the hair in question must be a darker color than the skin surrounding it. If the skin is a very dark pigmentation, it you may absorb too much of the laser energy, and so the treatment is not advisable. Those who are tanned with light hair are also unsuitable. Those who are tanned with dark hair should not have the treatment until their tan has faded. Generally speaking, it is easier to perform the treatment on someone with light hair, as opposed to someone with dark hair. How much does it cost? The average session costs in the region of $500. Four or more sessions are usually recommended. Large areas (such as the back) will obviously result in a larger bill, and smaller areas (such as the upper lip) won’t cost as much. Private consultations are recommended to assess the cost, as the number of sessions needed varies from person to person. What areas of the body can hair be removed from using laser hair treatment? Anywhere where there is excess hair. The only real exception is around the eyes. The most common areas are legs, back, bikini line and underarms. Is it permanent? Unlike shaving and waxing, laser hair removal is considered to be a more permanent form of hair removal, but the results differ according to the patient in question. As with all beauty treatments, do not choose the practice which offers the lowest price, as the treatment may not be of the best quality.

There are many ways to seduce a man. Some use charm while others rely on the outfit. One thing that always works even in a crowded room is the scent that is sprayed on a woman’s body. For this to work, the person has to figure out which scent works best. This can only be done by walking into a store and trying the various bottles that are on display. Instead of just smelling it, it is best to apply this on the skin. This is because the contents of each bottle will react differently to one’s natural chemicals. Since it is hard to distinguish one smell from the other after a few trials, the person should stop and smell some coffee beans first so the nose will be sensitive once again to the other products. The rule of thumb when selecting the perfume is that those who have dry skin should use one that has a strong scent. Those who are oily should use something lighter in order for it to last for a few hours. Since women use various creams to keep the body healthy, it is best to check if this will have a negative reaction when these are mixed. Those who do should change this to the same brand as the perfume that can be purchased separately or in a traveler’s kit. Another tip to seduce the man will be to use unscented toiletries so the focus will be on the perfume that was sprayed on. The perfume being used might be expensive on the woman’s budget. There is a cheaper alternative and that is by coming up with one that is custom made. For this to work, the customer will have to buy the essential oils and know the importance of each one. These are divided into three namely called the top, middle and base notes. These are derived from plant extracts that are also used by perfume manufacturers. The person has the option of creating a scent similar to that favorite perfume or make one up that is much better. After getting all the ingredients, this is the time that these will be mixed with together. The person should not throw everything in at once. This should be done drop by drop so the woman will be able to smell it and see how it does. When the right mix has been made, the person should stop and add the bridge note and the alcohol. It will take time for the contents to settle down so this should be stored somewhere for the next 48 hours. The last part about making your own perfume will be adding some water and then filtering this to make sure there are no solid contents. This practice is also being done by perfume manufacturers to make sure it is pure. Some perfumes may stain when this is sprayed on clothes. Since it is hard to tell if the homemade one will do it, the person should spray this on the skin before putting anything on. These places should include the wrists, behind the neck and ears, around the joints from the elbows to the knees and of course on one’s chest. The nice thing about custom-made perfume is that this can’t be bought from the store making the item and the man exclusively the woman’s.
